Cooking Time

After long time don't have time to cook, i think nearly 1 months...last saturday, am starting back to cooked...heheheeh...2 recipest, black pepper chicken and fishball soup with enoki mushroom....

Thereafter. i starting to cook filling (inti) for make a curry puff. Actually my sons asking me do curry puff long time but i dont have time...lately always bz.... Nearly 1/2 years am not do....huhhuhu...pity my boys...
After done everything...Am starting make dough for curry puff.

Ingredients For Dough :
     Flour
Planta/margerine

water

 Procedure:

To prepare pastry:Take a small bowl and mix flour, planta/margerine and water well. Rub the planta/ margarine into sifted flour till fine and crumbly. Add water gradually.Knead into a smooth dough.

To prepare filling:

Heat oil over high heat. Fry shallot potatoes, meat/chicken and curry powder together till oil begin to separate. Add water and season to taste. Turn to lower heat simmer till dry.Remove and cool in a strainer.

To wrap curry puff:


Step 1
Roll out dough on floured surface. Flatten it out. Cut out rounds shape approximately 6 centimeters in diameter.

Step 2
 Fill the rounds with curry fillings.

Step 3
Fold over and flute the edges to seal.

Heat oil and deep fry puffs till golden brown. Drain well. Place them on absorbent paper. Serve hot or cold....any time for tea break, breakfast or hunger time..hohohohohoo....
